Anyone knows the complete list of TESCS key commands ?
I had an html file with all these listed but i lost it. There was key commands not documented in the tescs manual that did stuff like showing the borders of cell regions, and other interesting stuff that i need badly.

Man youre fast. And sorry i thought i still was in the TESCS forum. Im just giving a lot of trouble to the moderators.
These are the console commands. What i was looking for was the Editor keyboard shortcuts.
I know that when you press F10 while the render window is displayed you get a scenegraph window. There are many more keyboard shortcuts like this that arent documented.
There is one cool shortcut that will mark the limits of cells. This one helps a lot when editing big mods like cities.

don't know of a link to any documented commands, but the one's that are shown in the editor already are:
d = deselect
f = ground the object
g = the exterior graph <<<---------- that's the cool one
a = toggle bright light
w = wireframe
f4 = collision
l = light radius
m = shows markers
t = top
c = isometric
h = landscape editing

Here's couple more that are very useful when editing exterior cells:
"B" - toggles the cell boundries (yellow dashed lines). "Shift-C" - toggles all static objects on/off.
It's handy to see the boundries if you're trying to fit something into one cell, e.g. a Fort, that has it's own cell name. You can also see the boundries in-game by bringing up the console (~) and typing "TB".
When finetuning the terrain contours and editing in wiremesh mode, all the edges of the Static object meshes looks very confusing. Toggling off the Statics makes it much easier to find the vertex you're trying to nudge a bit. The "Shift-C" also works on interior cells, but then there's nothing left to see!

Left and right arrow keys move dialog entries up and down the list. (Pretty well known, but I don't think it's officially documented.)

it displays dashed yellow lines showing the borders of exterior cells. Thus, you'll only see an an effect if you're working in an exterior cell.
(that's what the b key does in the render window... b is for border )

Just remembered one more: with the Render window active while you're in Landscape Edit mode, the "O" key toggles the "Edit [Vertex] Colors" on and off.
So if you're in the midst of tweaking some terrain verticies and want to switch to painting, just hit "O". Thanks to the forum poster who first mentioned this - I can't recall your name.
Now I just have to think of a mnenomic to help me remember that key. Hmmm... "O-ops, it's painting"? "O-nly colors"?

B is a lifesaver! Now I can get to work on some serious landscaping without having to worry about making anything too big.

I have updated the list. This looks badly formated but with a text editor and a fixed font it should print nicely.
------------------------------------
In the Render Window (* mark means undocumented):
LMOUSE Select or deselect all (when clikcing on empty space). Ctrl+LMOUSE Multiple select. LMOUSE+MDRAG Move objects. RMOUSE+MDRAG Rotate objects. Shift+MMOVE Rotate view.
*UP Move view forward. *Shift-UP Move view up (z-up). *DOWN Move view backward. *Shift-DOWN Move view down (z-down). *LEFT Move view left. *RIGHT Move view right. *HOME Rotate view clockwise. *PAGEUP Rotate view counter-clockwise. DELETE Delete object. *BACKSPACE Undo.
A Turns bright light on/off. *B Turns cell border lines on/off. C Zooms in to an isometriC view of the selected object(s). *Shift-C Disables all objects (easier terrain painting). Ctrl-C Copy to clipboard. D Deselects. Ctrl-D Duplicate object. F Drops objects. Ctrl-F Show find object dialog. H Landscape editing dialog. *Ctrl-I Show get data about references dialog. L Toggle show light radius. M Toggle show markers (placers, sounds, light bulbs, prison markers, etc). *Ctrl-S Show select target plugin dialog. T Zooms in to a Top view of the selected object(s). V Zoom in and out on the selected object with the mouse. W Toggle show Wireframe. X Constrains transformations to the X axis. Ctrl-X Cut to clipboard. Y Constrains transformations to the Y axis. Ctrl-Y Redo. Z Constrains transformations to the Z axis. Ctrl-Z Undo. F4 Toggle show collision detection geometry. *F5 Reload cells visible in render window. *F10 Show scene graph window.
In the Render Window with Landscape Mode On:
LMOUSE+MDRAG Edit/Flatten/Soften terrain. RMOUSE+MDRAG Paint terrain with color or texture. SHIFT+MMOVE Rotates screen with terrain circle as the pivot point. V+MMOVE Zooms to the terrain circle. C Perspective view on terrain circle. O Switches between texture and color paint. T Top view above terrain circle.
NOTES: Uncheck both faltten and soften vertices to activate terrain edit mode. In terrain edit mode click and drag the left lmouse button up/down to raise/lower terrain.
In the Preview Window:
A Pans the view left. D Pans the view right. S Pans the view down. W Pans the view up. INSERT Rotates the object on it's ? axis. Home Rotates the object on it's ? axis. PAGEUP Zooms in. PAGEDOWN Zooms out. UP Rotates the object on it's ? axis. DOWN Rotates the object on it's ? axis. LEFT Rotates the object on it's ? axis. RIGHT Rotates the object on it's ? axis.

I don't think this thread itself should be made a sticky, but perhaps a link to it should be added to the "Comprehensive Tutorial and Useful Links List" post which is already pinned.
Edit: I think the description of "O" could be clearer. How about:
O - toggles Vertex Painting when editing landscape

The key commands are grouped in sections. like this:
"In the Render Window with Landscape Mode On:"
This is already saying what the context is for the keys bellow that group. In this case Render Window is selected and Landscape Mode is On. Some with the other groups.
I cant add this thread myself. Only a moderator can do it if he/she sees this as interesting.

Two documented ones I don't see on the list:
Ctrl-V Paste object(s) on clipboard into render window.
Ctrl-Shift-V Pastes objects in-place at their original coordinates, but in the current cell you are viewing.

You need to PM Kathode; he's the admin in charge of updating the pinned posts. (See the bottom of the "Comprehensive Tutorial and Useful Link List" post.)
Suggestion:
Instead of adding a link to this whole thread, maybe wait till you've got a good list and post that as a new thread. Then PM Kathode to have him add a link. That way people don't have to dig through the whole thread just to get to the one post with the complete list of key commands.
NOTE: do not expect a fast response from Kathode. He seems to be extremely busy, and it may take him a week (sometimes a lot more...) to respond to a PM or add a link.

Note: There is another really wierd "secret" tescs key command. Try hitting ctrl+s . It brings up the save box, but then you wont be able to move anything, just trying to move things around will change their scale.
